He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Loper and Helen Loper (Twigg); and his wife Peggy Loper. He is survived by: his sons, John Loper Jr. (Marcia) of Columbia City, Indiana, Randy Loper of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Jeremy Loper (Jeannie) of Portland, Indiana. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
