She was predeceased by: her parents, John Newton and Lulu Newton (Lawhorn); and her siblings, John Newton Jr., Richard Newton, Rex Newton, George Newton, Patty Willover and Mary Newton.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel Crump and Peggy Dieterle (Roger); and her brothers, Robert Newton and Timothy Newton. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home (208 N Commerce St, Portland, IN 47371). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
