She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Ruth Norris (Crocker) and Clell Russell Norris; and her siblings, Betty Rogers and Darrell Norris. She is survived by: her husband Clarke Powell; her children, Derek Powell (Nicole), Phillip Powell and Kelsey Powell (Zach Kappes); her siblings, Clell "Junior" Russell Norris, Jr., Mike Norris (Zora), Patty Quinton, Bruce Norris (Cathy) and Natalie Turner (Scott); and her grandchildren, Liam, Corbin and Scarlett.
