She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lloyd Sanders and Evelyn Jean Gannon Sanders Jr. (Jones); her husband George L. Phelps; her daughters, Denise Habegger (Doug) of Portland and Stacy Padgett (William) of Gas City, Two; her siblings, Mike Sanders (Shere) of Union City, Randy Brown of Albany, Theresa Riley (Gary) of Portland and Dawn Stone of Virginia; her grandchildren, Dustin Habegger (Kayla), Jaimie Habegger, Alyssa Habegger, Braeden Phelps (Kaitlyn), Ashton Jarvis (Tyler), Willow Sager (Nick), Eden Andrews (Sean Deems), Sydney Lott, Saylah Lott, Lyriah Padgett and Alyssa Koger; her daughter Amy Lott; and her brothers, Larry and Daniel Sanders. She was also cherished by twelve great grandchildren.
