He is survived by: his son Thomas Hart (Danielle); his grandchildren, Gabrielle Hart (Travis Slack), Isaiah Hart (Kelsey Simmons) and Jacob Hart (Taryn Vukadinovich); his great grandchildren, Autumn, Dawson and Sutton; his siblings, Dale Hart (Kathy), Paul Hart (Joyce), Larry Hart (Missy), Harold Hart (Beth), Doris Grieshop (Bill), Marlene Nash (Robert), Eileen Wendel (Dave) and Norma Pottkotter (Pete); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Hart, Deborah McElroy, Bonnie Baker, Robert McElroy and George McElroy.
Memorials may be directed towards Stillwater Hospice, Lolek Boxing Class (specializing in neurologic rehab for those with Parkinson's) or Parkinson Foundation.
