He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Edward and Barbara Jean Graper (Meyer); and his brother Jeffery L Graper. He is survived by: his sisters, Jacklyn Jean Hulsey (Mark) and Billie Sue Graper. He is also survived by four nieces, one nephew, six great nieces and three great nephews.
