He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Edward and Rachel Lucille Straw (Jones); his daughter Tamara Koontz; and his brothers, Joe and Delbert Straw.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Ann Straw (Lang); and his sons, Kevin Straw (Tresa), Scott Straw (Vicki), Mike Crumbacher (Rita) and Bobby Straw (Angie). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
