Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jeanne Carole Wenderoth (Poseyville, Indiana), who passed away at the age of 96, on July 16, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter J. Huck and Lena Mae Huck (Nash). She is survived by: her sister Sara Kathryn Stallings; her spouse Thomas Blackford of New Harmony; her son David Blackford (Jo Ann) of Denver, Colorado.; her grandsons, Mathew and Alexander (Alex); her sons, Matthew and Alexander; her stepchildren, Tracy of Murray, Shane, Andrea of Bloomington, Bobbie Christie and Bill of Cynthia, Indiana.; and her niece Janet Neely.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Werry Funeral Homes, Inc. (16 E Fletchall Ave, Poseyville, IN 47633). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 100 E Michigan Street, Evansville, IN, 47711.
