She was predeceased by: her parents, Denzil Newlin and Grace Marie Newlin (Dispenett); her husband Carl W. Conder; and her siblings, Carolyn Bailey and Donald Ray Newlin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Switzer (Jack), Sharon Long, Rose Beaumer (Ronnie), Tina Conder and Carla Barrett (Ross). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
