He was predeceased by : his father Marvin Barton; and his grandparents, Lestle, Ruth Atkinson, Howard Barton and Mary Barton.

He is survived by : his mother Sue Ellen Barton (Atkinson) of Oatsville; his girlfriend Gloria Reinhart of Fort Branch; his girlfriend's son James Reinhart (Christine) of Oakland City; his stepgrandmother Bonnie Barton of Princeton; and also Graylin.
