Floy Jacobus Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Floy Jacobus of Princeton, Indiana. Floy, born on September 13, 1928, passed away on June 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin Immell and Hazel Immell (Stayner); her husband Robert Herschel "Jake" Jacobus; her sister Genevieve Green; and her nephews, Donnie Kline and Ronny Kline.

She is survived by: her children, Beth Smythe (Dan), Ben Jacobus (Mary Zickefoose), Robert Jacobus (Mary Anne) and Rebecca Ann Sherfey (John); her grandchildren, Austin Smythe, Ian Smythe, Andrew Sherfey (Kelly), Carrie Slack and Lee Ann Stewart; her brother-in-law Max Jacobus (Penny); her nieces, Linda Boyd and Laura Jacobus; and her nephew Luke Jacobus (Barbara). She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
