He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Allen and Almeada Allen (Monroe); his wife Theresa Allen (Nix); and his sister Ruthann Davis. He is survived by : his daughters, Terri Mans (Danny), Brenda Rudolph (Steve) and Barbara Skelton; and his siblings-in-law, Eddie Davis, Mary Katherine Garrison and Margaret Herrel. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
