He was predeceased by: his siblings, Freddy Eugene "Gidget" Duncan, Bobby Duncan and Vickie Waddell (Billy); and his grandparents, Earl and Opal Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Duncan (Evans) of Princeton; his parents, Darrell Garrett and Della Garrett; his children, Justin Duncan (Victoria) of Evansville, Dustin Duncan (Jennifer Rogers) of Princeton, Bobby Duncan of Muhlenberg County, KY, Amy Smith (Daniel) of Evansville and Amber Randolph (Michael) of Muhlenberg County; and his siblings, Velma Wilcox (Jeff) of Muhlenberg County, Lisa Mason (Jim) of Kentucky and Christy Shemwell (Jeremy) of Kentucky. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
