He was predeceased by : his significant other Carolyn Jean Kirby; and his father Raymond Kirby. He is survived by : his daughters, Angie Key (Jimmy) of Evansville, Jennifer Boughton (Neal) of Evansville and Crystal Sherman (Robert) of Cincinnati, OH; his sister Phyllis Helseth; his grandchildren, Tyler Moore (Jessica), Ryan Moore (Nikki) and Elena Boughton; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Callie and Liam Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
