He is survived by: his significant other Vicki Banet (Hannah) of Mt Olympus; his son V. "Charlie" Banet of Terre Haute; and his sisters, Jane Ann Slinker (Bill) of Newburgh and Judy Hyneman (Bret) of Mt. Olympus.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Colvin Funeral Home (425 N Main St, Princeton, IN 47670). A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at the St. Joseph Cemetery (1185 Outer Ohio St, Princeton, IN 47670).
