Joretta L. Hart Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joretta L. Hart of Princeton, Indiana, who passed away on June 26, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ebert Stapleton and Retta Stapleton (Annis); her husband John Hart; her daughter Jetta Cundiff; and her brother Harold Stapleton (Eloise).
She is survived by: her son John D. "J. D." Hart (Tammy); her grandchildren, Amanda Stiles, John Hart (Celine), Chad Cundiff and Kristen Dicus; her great grandchildren, Jonny Hart, Cameron Cundiff, Colton Cundiff, Kaylir Dicus and Chloe Dicus; and her nieces and nephews, Connie Martin, Carmen Stapleton and Myra Stapleton.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Colvin Funeral Home (425 N Main St, Princeton, IN 47670). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at the Odd Fellows Cemetery North Hart (1015 N Hart St, Princeton, IN 47670).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
