She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Waterman and Lydia Waterman; and her parents-in-law, Charles and Mildred Stilwell. She is survived by : her husband Jerry; her children, Tom Stilwell (Rene) of Pleasanton, CA and Kathryn McGregor (Iain) of Princeton, IN.; her grandchildren, Liddy, Charlie McGregor and Violet Stilwell; her siblings, Linda Robinson (Lee) of Mobile, AL and Jeff Waterman (Paula) of Fairfield, CA; her in-laws, Darvin Stilwell (Bonnie), JoAnne Bayer (Glenn) and Russ Stilwell (Jo); her close friends, Jackie Broome, Pat Rispone and Sherry Moody; and her pet Baby Cat. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and their spouses and children.

Following Judy's wishes the family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Poverello Foundation benefiting patients at the Mayo Clinic Hospital - St. Marys Campus, 200 First Street SW, Rochester, MN 55905.
