She was predeceased by : her parents, George Lynn and Marietta Lynn (McCarty); her husband David Hyneman; her sister Joanne Robb; her niece Cindy Robb; and her nephew Tom Robb.

She is survived by : her children, Teri Bates of Evansville and Bret Bates of Fort Myers, Florida; her grandchildren, Ashley Mealey, Jerred Bates, Jody Soden and Bryan Williams; and her nieces and nephews, Tracy Robb, Casey Robb and Mark Robb. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
