He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Cooper and Rosemary Cooper (Yates); and his brother Franklin Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cooper; his children, Paul Mackie Cooper and Sheena Cooper Davidson; and his sister Jean Taylor (Mark).
