He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Emma Jenkins (Greene); and his siblings, Sylvia Hardiman, Jacquelyn Young, James Jenkins and Gwendolyn Jenkins.
He is survived by: his father James Arthur Jenkins; his wife Libby Jenkins (Hardiman); his daughter Chenoa Splittorff (Chris); his grandchildren, Taylor Splittorff (Rylie Todd) and Naomi Splittorff; and his brother Michael Jenkins (Mary Jo). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Colvin Funeral Home (425 N Main St, Princeton, IN 47670). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at the Sand Hill Cemetery (4754 W 64, Princeton, IN 47670).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
