She is survived by: her husband John G. Kissel; her children, Pat Campbell (Ron), Mark Kissel (Amy) and Debbie Kresse (John); her grandchildren, Clay Campbell (Megan), Clint Campbell (Megan), Haley Ziliak (Tyler), Gavin Kissel (Maci), John Kissel (Rachel), Seth Kissel, Larry Kresse (Stephanie), Erin Kresse and Jack Kresse; her great grandchildren, Layne and Lucas Campbell; and her grandchildren, Millie, Eden Campbell, Raleigh, Charlotte, Violet Ziliak, Linnie, Sybil Kissel, Layla and Max Kissel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the "Phyllis A. Kissel Memorial Nursing Scholarship Fund".
