Fortner (Shelley), Bradley P. Fortner (Jenna), and Tracey Armstrong (Tony); grandchildren: Cody Myers, Aubree Armstrong, Austin Fortner, Daulton Armstrong (Mariah), Peyton Benzo (Blake), Brandon Fortner, and Matthew Fortner; great-grandchildren: Evelyn and Arlo Myers, James "JB" Benzo, and Warren Armstrong; sisters-in-law: Lana Braukoff and Jimmi Sue (Rick) Osborne; siblings: Dianna Jo DeBord (Raymond) and William Jackson Fortner; best friend: Richard "Dick" Fitch; other: Frank Wade and Terry Carter.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Princeton Christian Church (219 N Gibson St, Princeton, IN 47670). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at the Francisco Cemetery.
