He was predeceased by : his parents, Ed Lewis and Martha Lou Lewis; and his sister Paula Sue Thurston. He is survived by : his daughter Brittany Dorris (Allen) of Princeton; his brother Gregg Lewis (Sue) of Princeton; and his twin-sister Shon Perry (Bill) of Princeton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
