With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Jean Welch of Princeton, Indiana, who passed away on September 28, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Alexander Phillips; and her siblings, Marjorie Muncy, Virginia Rose Kirch, Evelyn McNeese, Harold Phillips, Clayton Phillips, Henry Phillips and Elmer Phillips.

She is survived by : her children, Jacey Conner of Princeton and Jancey Smith (Zeke) of Princeton; her grandchildren, Janell, Janett, Brandon, Mike, Kimberly, Christina, Patrick and Jared; and the father of her children Jim Welch. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Shirley's honor, should be given to Decker Cemetery located at 1180 W 440 N, Patoka, IN 47666.
