He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Curtis and Linda Lou Curtis (Sims). He is survived by: his uncle Greg Sims of Winslow; his cousins, Jody Sims of Westfield and Brian Sims of Westfield; and his friends, Dennis Kolb and David Miskell.
