She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson and Sarah Clements; her daughter Lavada Boyette; and her siblings, Vrena Pennington and Thomas Dewey Clements.
She is survived by: her husband Arvil Pennington; her children, Rosemary Henson (Dan), Audrey Myers (Kip), Dewey Pennington (Ami), Rachel Goss, Keith Pennington (Carol) and Nick Pennington (Brooke); and her siblings, Ronnie Clements and Priscilla Konczal. She is also survived by grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
