We announce the death of Roy M. Keene of Ragsdale, Indiana, who passed away on June 13, 2026, at the age of 77. Roy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Maxa and Mary Catherine Malone Keene; and his brothers, William Vernon "Vernie" Keene and Larry Keene. He is survived by: his wife Debra Keene; his daughter Elena Keene; and his sisters, Bertha Lagneau, Elma Lee Hollars, Minnie A. Phipps, Jean May, Kay McCrary, Susie Ellerman, Charlotte Smith, Phyllis Keene and Julie Shoptaw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made in his memory to the Asbury Chapel Church.
