She is survived by : her siblings, Carl Smith, Jim Smith, Richard Smith, Mike Smith, Mark Smith, Bernard Smith (Jeri), Delores White (Jim), Mary Slaughterback and Esther Deweese. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nephews and great nieces.
