It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan Gibbs of Redkey, Indiana, born in Alco, Arkansas, who passed away on April 2, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Gibbs; his children, Chris Gibbs, Guy Allan Gibbs and Penny Gibbs; his grandchildren, Zachary McIlwain, Christie Gibbs and Jenny Wilt; and his siblings, Mike Gibbs and Shirley Ray.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Gibbs of Chicago, IL and Teresa Hartsock; his sister Barbara Resecer; his grandchildren, Shannon Alford (Tony), Lindsey Patty (Julie), Morgan Bube and Chance Gibbs (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Kole Neal, Ashten Wilt and Cayden Wilt; and his pet Mindy.
