He is survived by: his wife Ginger Shrack Lowe (Hicks); his children, Alan Lowe, James Lowe, Darlene Clevenger and Carolyn Melton; his siblings, Alton Lowe, Warren Lowe and Jennie Henry; his sister-in-law Marty Lowe of Centre, AL; his stepchildren, Monte E. Shrack, Michelle R. Ross and Rose E. Onstott; and his brother-in-law Direl Jr. Price. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
