He was predeceased by: his former wife Florene "Flo" Lowe; his parents, Raymond Lowe and Inez Lowe (Anderson); and his siblings, Clarence Lowe, Sharon Price and Debra Whitesell.
He is survived by: his wife Ginger Shrack Lowe (Hicks); his children, Alan Lowe, James Lowe, Darlene Clevenger and Carolyn Melton; his siblings, Alton Lowe, Warren Lowe and Jennie Henry; his sister-in-law Marty Lowe of Centre, AL; and his stepchildren, Monte E. Shrack, Michelle R. Ross and Rose E. Onstott. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Redkey Church of the Nazarene (801 W High St, Redkey, IN 47373). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at the Strong Cemetery.
