He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Nicol (Art) of Lafayette and Rob Hancock (Monica) of Wolcott; his grandchildren, Erik Nicol (Kassie) of Lafayette, Sean Nicol of Lafayette and Riley Nicol of Lafayette; his great grandchild Maddon Nicol; and his sister Norma Rowland (Randy) of Raleigh, NC..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Tobias Center at Remington Library (105 N Ohio St, Remington, IN 47977).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Courage Rock Stable/Therapeion Therapeutic Riding Program in Monticello.
