She is survived by: her husband Terry Lambert; her sisters, Cheryl Green and Sandra Kauffman; her daughters, Shelley Burnside (Tim Burnside) and Amanda Hartman (Dustin Hartman); and her grandsons, Aiden, Gage Burnside, Brody and Cole Hartman.

Memorial donations may be made in the memory of Karen to Remington Zeta Xi Chapter of Tri-Kappa Sorority, or the First Christian Church of Remington.
