He was predeceased by : his parents, Halden Battleday and Delores Battleday (Henderson). He is survived by : his daughters, Jodi Gagnon (Duke) of Morocco, IN, Nichole Battleday of Fishers, IN and Julie Battleday of Lafayette, IN; his grandchildren, Ethan, Emma and Evan Gagnon; his daughters, Bryer, Lilly, Oaklynn and Everleigh Battleday; and his sisters, Karen Matsushima (Rodney), Donna Dowty and Mary Scott (Ray).
