He is survived by: his wife Patty Murphy; his children, Rhonda Hester (Tim) and LaVaine Murphy (Tamera); his grandchildren, Katie Rogers (Daniel), Isaac Murphy (CoCo), Vanessa Murphy, Tobiah Murphy (Millie), Tressa Yarnelle (Troy), Micaela Murphy and Mariah Murphy; and his brothers, Dale and Michael Murphy.
