He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Phegley and Constance Phegley; and his former wives, Kathy Whaley and Kathy Phegley. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Phegley (Gray); his children, Jennifer Randall (Jonathan), Christopher Adam Phegley and Patrick Dowds; and his grandchildren, Emma Randall, Nathan Randall, Sarah Randall, Madison Phegley, Nicholas Phegley and Callie Beaver. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
