He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin Francis Ulm and Dixie Kathleen Ulm (Salyers); his brothers, Joe Ulm and Mike Ulm; his great grandchild Kolt Jackson; and his nephew Jamie Wicker.

He is survived by : his children, Tara Cochran (Tom Martinez), Heather Banks and Aaron Ulm (Amanda); his grandchildren, Haley Cochran, Connor Cochran (Audionna), Peyton Banks (Greg), Tessa Jackson, Duncan Cochran and Bryce Banks; his great grandchildren, Carson Cochran, Amelia Cochran, Cahleel Cochran, Magnolia Jackson, Jordyn Cochran, Lincoln Cochran, Aberdeen Banks and Landan Cochran; his siblings, Becky Walter (Dave) and Tony Ulm; and the mother of his children Mattie Snow.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Steinke Funeral Home of Rensselaer Address (403 N Front St, Rensselaer, IN 47978). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM.
