He was predeceased by: his parents, Mort Collins and Cella Collins (Allen); and his siblings, John Brown and Susan Stump. He is survived by: his children, Shanna Schwanke, Nicholas Collins, Tashena Collins, Cheyenna Shoaf (Daniel) and Shasta Adams; and his siblings, Daisy Collins, Cozetta Brown, Jason Brown (Becky) and Cella'Peach' Napier (Calvin). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Boersma Funeral Home.
