She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Wayne Barnhart and Betty Marie Barnhart (Tiede); her husband Charles Neal Dunlap, Sr.; and her son Jeffrey Dunlap. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Welsh (Brad) of Rensselaer, Kimberly Grow (Claude) of Rensselaer and Charlie Dunlap, Jr. of Rensselaer; her grandchildren, Nolan Hitchcock (Casey), Kalyn Hall (Andrew), Cole Dunlap, Avery Dunlap (Larissa), Jeffrey Dunlap, Jr., Dustin Dunlap (Maria), Stephanie Becker (Ryan), Nathan Dunlap and Rachel Enlow (Austin); and her brother Robert W. Barnhart. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jackson Funeral Chapel of Rensselaer (250 N McKinley Ave, Rensselaer, IN 47978). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
