She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester J. Phegley and Alice Phegley (Wilcox); her husband Knight A. Phillips; her son William J. Phillips; and her brother-in-law Jack Phillips.

She is survived by : her children, Robert Phillips (Heidi), Jeff Phillips (Kris), Jim Phillips (Susan), Steve Phillips (Renee) and Linda R. Hall; and her sister Suzy Curran (Carl). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church or the Good Samaritan Food Pantry, reflecting Nancy's compassionate spirit and dedication to serving others.
