He is survived by: his children, Brandon Hesh, Rachael Neely (Domingo Pina), Emily Neely and Paul Neely (Sarah); and his siblings, Carla Neely, Andrea Neely and Robert Neely Jr.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
