We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2023, at the age of 70, Sandra Kay Devault of Rensselaer, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Willard Bowen and Elizabeth Bowen (Fox); and her brothers, Willard and Raymond. She is survived by : her children, Charles Devault Jr. (Melissa) and Sandra Vecchione (David); and her siblings, Marsha Stilner (Darryl), Conrad Bowen (Connie Lou) and Dick Bowen (Monica). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
