He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Pack and Tammy Pack (Salyers); his wife Staci Pack; his sons, Landon Pack and Gryffin Pack; his siblings, Misty Kurek, Tiffani Bailey (Justin Schultz) and Shane Pack (Mercedez); his grandfather Doug Salyers; and his parents-in-law, Paul Bakondi (Kim) and Terri Ghering (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boersma Funeral Home (90 E Grove St, Wheatfield, IN 46392).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
