Park (Anne) of Lenoir City, Tennessee, Kathryn A. Stephen (Dennis) of Richmond, Indiana, Carolyn P. Alexander of Bourbon, Indiana and Lawrence A. Park (Mary Rose) of Fort Myers, Florida.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
