She is survived by: her boyfriend Robert Mathews of Richmond, IN; her children, Nick Preston (Janie) of Holland, MI, Cari Mayberry (Marcus) of Richmond, IN and Taeon Tate (Brandee) of Richmond, IN; her grandchildren, Adam Preston, Elaine Preston, Casey Lewis, John Henderson, Marcus Mayberry, Kiyera Tate, Dylan Mayberry, Mahlya Carter, John "Mehki" Carter, Te'a Tate, Layla Tate and Taeon Tate; and her sister Robbin Sleet. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
