He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Vicki Sams, Jennifer Sams and Adam Sams; his grandchildren, Khloe Sams and Jackson Rogers; and his brothers, Marvin, Norman and Elbert Sams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home (222 N 10th St, Richmond, IN 47374). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
