He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Lee and Mildred Howard; his sisters, Claren Kai Ross and Cheryl Jeannett Collier; and his grandsons, Clayborne Lee Agnew III and Justin Alexander Agnew.
He is survived by: his wife Nora Ann Payne Agnew; his children, Clayborne Lee Agnew, Jr. and Donnetta Jean Agnew; his grandchildren, Gabriel Jeannette Brock (Jason), Sloane James, Sierra Lee Agnew, Christopher Childress (JoAnna) and Johnathan Childress; his great grandchildren, Zack Brock, Clayborne Lee Agnew, IV, Hallie Mae Childress, Rollo Agnew, Madeline Ream, Jazelle Agnew, Ebone'Agnew and Cameron Agnew; and his siblings, Conrad Murray Howard (Eudora) of Huntington, Corwyn Howard of Columbus, Ohio and Cawana Nannette Brown (Charles) of South Point, Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
