It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Carle Tucker of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Edward leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl (Barbra Carle Tucker) and Richmond; and his brother-in-law Benny Winters. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Tucker; his son Allen Robert Tucker (Kristen); and his siblings, Judy Winters and Thomas E. Tucker (Robin). He is also survived by cousins; nieces; nephews; and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Doan and Mills Funeral Home (790 W Nat'l Rd, Richmond, IN 47374). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 2:30 PM.
