He is survived by: his daughter Pamela James; his grandchildren, Marlena James (Tony Brewer), Haley Wilkinson, Ullie James of Richmond and Bruce Noelker of Richmond; his great grandchildren, Melinda Bender (Tom), Anthony Brewer, Michael Brewer, Cy James, Trevor James and Trenton James; his sister Avina Fonscea; his son-in-law Joe Chance; and his close friend Troy White. He is also survived by nieces, nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
