She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Jack, William Jack, Earl Jack and Sean Barnes; and her siblings, Marcella Shaw Shunkweiler, Wesley Shaw, Catherine Shaw Coons and Diane Shaw Swank. She is also survived by grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
