It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Shearer of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on March 25, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Bates and James Glenmore Bates; her daughter Glentoria Shearer; and her mother-in-law Lecora White. She is survived by: her husband Alfred Shearer; her son Anthony Shearer (Tracey); her granddaughters, Chloe of Miami, Florida and Shauntee Means-Williams of Richmond, IN; her son Andre Rodell Shearer of Richmond, IN; her siblings, Mary Mickles, Pamela Belcher, Christiana Bates and James Bates Jr. of Columbus, OH.; and her brother-in-law Ronald White (Kim) of Richmond, IN.. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, great-grandchildren, and many friends.
